CREATIVE STRATEGY

Ollie’s is a client I worked on as a Post-Creative Strategy Resident with The Sasha Group (VaynerX), where I took the lead on creating our creative strategy decks, monthly reporting tracking, and daily community engagement. As with other VaynerX clients, my role largely consisted of regular signal mining in order to stay on top of and ahead of cultural trends on social media.

Although I’m unable to share more content as much of it has not yet been released on socials, I’ve shared a brief signal around a popular trend on social media to demonstrate some of the thinking behind my strategy for Ollie’s as a retail store, focusing on the consumer and their product needs while keeping timely holidays and events in mind.

The other 40% of my time on this account involved compiling our platform analytics for regular status check-ins to determine which methods, hooks, and formats were working and frequently showing high performance while analyzing why our lower performers missed the mark. This presentation deck was presented to clients on a monthly basis for Ollie’s, while our metrics and top performers were observed on a bi-weekly basis.
